Enterprisecarsales.com is a great place. Enterprise only keeps about 5% of their cars to sell and the other 95% go to other dealerships. 70% of used cars are past rentals. You can get the best ones right from the source at enterprise and they are all really good people there, not your typical used car salesmen. I bought my toyota camry and ford taurus there and experience has been amazing

A lot of it depends on what kind of car, in my case I'm very picky, the last two I bought one was a convertible bmw and the other was a 3/4 ton pickup truck, both a fair rarity in terms of automobiles.
I bought both via cars.com, be prepared to compare price (based on condition) at kbb.com and to shop for 6-12 months, most deals are not attractive in the least and be prepared to travel up to 500 miles one way to get a sweet deal.
I paid 4000 for one and 2500 for the other, both were priced right at Kelly Blue Book value, likely you will find few deals at such good a price, most car deals are over rated and hence over priced.
