Buying & Selling - December 2006

I will be buying a car in 2007- or in the begining of 2008.. out of the following which one would you choose for a 1st time car buyer...

1- 2007 Nissan Murano SE AWD
2- 2007 Dodge Nitro SX 4x4
3- 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca

I've done the safety ratings search and stuff, so what do you guys think?

I had a guy return the car the next day saying he doesent like it .But he left it on the street with no tag .He left me a message that he has the keys and title and will return in a few days for his money...But he left it on the street with no tag.I called him and he never called back.Today it was towed by the city .I dont want the problems its his now....He did sign a paper that the car is sold in as is condition....I need feed back on this.

I pay about $527 for a 2003 Mazda 6s its a nice car but its been wrecked twice i have so many problems with it and the Mazda dealer wont touch it and its Out of Warranty i got to get rid of this thing!

I have a 1996 Cavalier Convertable, Shaved body. White 18" Motegi Racing rim, a Blitz Body kit and a costom made hood. Its red right now. I will put up a link to show the vehicle soon.

I really liked the subcompacts while I was in Europe for 4 months. I need a car now that I'm back in the US. I want a subcompact but the ones here are kind of expensive.
I was wondering, are the European subcompacts like the Renault Clio cheaper than the ones available in the US?
How can I buy a European subcompact that complies with US regulations and not have to pay for expensive importation and shipping?

My boyfriend says that a car that old would cost about 1 million dollars. I told him he was crazy as hell. A car like that would cost alot but not no million dollars. Im looking for a new car that wont cost me much. I found a 2001 Dodge neon Se with about 77k miles on it. Body looks good, the owner says it has 05 SRT-D dual exhaust. AEM cold air intake. B&M transmission cooler. Vibrant strut tower bar. I dont know what those things are. Will they help the car last longer? or are they more for speed? How long do dodge neons usually last, with 77k miles is $5k a good price? Ive been reading reviews that they dont need head gaskets, what are those? If you can help me out id appreciate it.
