The car is a 1997 Geo Metro LSI with 125000 miles. It runs well except that it sometimes screeches while warming up for less than a minute.
The key is stuck in the ignition.
The Service Engine Soon light is on in the dashboard. They said the oxygen sensor needed repair.
I bought the car 16 months ago.

i live in texas and have found that there are dealerships in mexico (distance: 1hr 30min flight, 10hr drive) that sell smart cars (the car sophie drives in the da vinci code, for those of you who don't know)! i could wait til they sell them in the u.s. but i've seen the prices in canada, which i think will be the same prices here or more, and it is a lot cheaper in mexico. i could get the convertible in mexico for the price of the cheapest model in canada!
so my question is: if i buy it in mexico, will i have complications to be able to drive it here. what would i have to do if so?

I'm a student with not a lot of money to spend and want to buy a nice big car (I've had small or compact cars in the past, I want a big one now). I have one of these choices:

1. A 2003 accord V-6 LX with 83,000 miles on it for $11,500.
2. A 2004 camry V-6 LE with 75,000 miles for $11,500.
3. A brand new 2006 nissan altima 2.5s (v-4), which (thanks to Nissan's year end rebate) sells for around $17,000+ with a lot of extras (special edition package).

Now, I'm a big fan of the quiet ride of the camry, but the interior looks very old and bland. I love the styling of altima (it looks contemporary), but the ride is much harder compared to a camry and the engine is noisy (it's strong though). It is also more expensive (when you're a college student, $6000 is a lot of money!) and I don't know if the 3 year warranty would provide me any extra benefit since accords and camrys are very reliable cars. Honda's ride is pretty harsh too, but I like the styling.

Help me out here pls, I'm stuck!

I wrecked my first car and now my parents refuse to help me get another, (they tried to help at first but after awhile just quite.) i have been looking at one and i am eager to buy it but one of my parents has to call the bank to get the loan and call the insurance company for a quote and to add me to theirs. Is there anything i could do to help myself since they wont help me?

Car is in CT, USA, I'm in Thailand. I still owe about 4K on it, so the finance company has a lien on the title.
CT DMV law requires two things: 1.) a bill of sale, signed by the seller (me) -- that's no problem. 2.) the title, signed by me. This is the tricky part. First, I don't have the title since it's got a lien on it, and second, even if I did, how would I sign it?

I'm trying to sell my truck, I can't use it anymore and it is way to good looking and well taken care of to sit in my driveway. I put a sign on it and drive it around to advertise but by doing that I am putting more mileage on it and haven't gotten any inquiries...it has been over a month now and 2,000 miles later!

I purchased this vechile 6 days ago I have the pink slip and it was private party. My question I have heard I can get out of it because the man I bought it from did not preform the smog check is this true I realize that I can call the DMV tommorrow however I can not sleep he is telling me to get a lawer if I want him to fix this situation.
