I'm thinking of buying a $850 moped (all accessories included) for the summer time to cut down on gas. Should I or should I just save up for a motorcycle?

i know that to tighten them most of the time hand tight is enough but i have always had to remove them with a wrench. reason asking my car was leaking oil and when i checked the filter i could loosen it by hand i then re-tightened it hand tight. and am thinking about getting a wrench.

I've actually noticed this several times and I don't know if they are tired, get more gas or just plain stupid, but I've seen many people , while they fill up at gas stations they use their free hand and pull the hose straight towards them and keep it there until the car is full...the million dollar question is, why? has anyone else noticed this?

The Trailer is a 1999 Camplite by Damon Pop-up. We have everything to Tow this trailer but we don't have any brake control installed in the van. We think that the trailer does have the brakes but we need to make the connection from the van to the trailer to make the brakes work. How do we do this?
Thank you very much.
