What is the maximum percentage of a discount I can negotiate from a used car dealer in Ontario?

I am ready to pay CASH for a car no older than 2 years.

It depends on a vehicle - if it's some kind of a ford, you can negotiate living hell out of them but if it's a Honda or Toyota, they won't give up much.
