heard some grinding noises then my ABS light came on. stopped at the light then the right side tire locked?? took off the tire, dropped the caliper and took out the brakes, but could not spin the rotor??????? jacked up the other side which i was able to still spin. some how pass. side wheel locked??????? any ideas

if it is the wheel bearing? is this a costly change?

Is it the front? Sounds like the bearing. Not expensive to replace. If it's the back (you should really say which wheel) It could be the parking brake assembly...

Wheel bearings seized. Replace them you will be fine
