I've always had good results with a product called Pour-n-restore. It lifts out any stain that's soaked into the concrete better than just using kitty litter or other degreasing products. You can buy it online or at hardware stores/home centers.

mix up a solution of washing powder in a bucket.apply with a brush on the area to be cleaned.this should bring the oil out.

You can actually use Coca-Cola to remove the stain and some thing that is much stronger is Muriatic acid.

Get the cheap cat litter, the kind that is very dusty, put it on the spill and grind it in with your foot, then sweep it up. we call it dry sweep.....
