I have a second job as i struggle to pay my bills although I already have a full time job.

I worked for this construction man who run his own business. He paid for the work I done by house, or per square foot with either cash or check. I worked for him about 2 months. Eventhough he didn't pay me everything that I worked for, I asked him that he will claim the money for tax, and he say no. I want to claim these money and file tax. Can I do so, if yes, can i file it without form 1099-MISC? AND what schedule or form i need to claim this income?

If you live in Ontario or even Canada you will know what im talking about. Toronto being the conceited city that they are, wants to toll people coming in to Toronto. Now is that fair if your the kind of person that lives outside of T.O. but works in Toronto. I think because of it many cities will retaliate then what will this world come to.
