put in a claim for barclays overdrawing ,but wanting to find out how my claim is cuming on any one no of a web site ad

Actually, it is up to you to process the claim.

If you have already written to them giving them 15 days to respond, and they have not responded, then go to the Small Claims court and start proceedings.

Needless to say, they willl be in no hurry to give you your money back - and may well be taking the usual "ignore him and he will go away" approach.

If you ring them no doubt they wil say they never got your letters ... and next time you ring they will know nothing about any previous conversation & anyway the person you spoke to dosn't work there anymore ...

In other words, delay delay delay ...
