I have a second job as i struggle to pay my bills although I already have a full time job.
But on payday all the extra hours just dont seem worth it, when you see how much tax I am paying.
Any Ideas!!!

1st you should read the IRS publication 919 to make sure you are paying enough in taxes. Then, submit a new W-4 to your employer to either have deductions increased or decreased. Go to www.irs.gov/publications and download the PDF of this publication.

Just remember you never want to have too little held.

You can change how much you claim on your W-2.The more you claim the less they take out. But you have to be careful doing that cause when its time to file taxes you may owe the IRS and not get any refund back.

Claim more dependents - you can claim up to 5 on your wages but it may ding you when you go to file next April. Just keep some aside (about 2,000) for taxes in case you didn't hold back enough. Good Luck!
