I have always felt trying to get rich in MLM is like trying to cross the Atlantic in a canoe. While it may be possible, it may be the dumbest way to get across.

Considering all the ways to make money in this world, and considering the history of all the ways people have made money, MLM might be the at the very bottom of the totem pole.

I would bet more people have gotten rich merely saving a few hundred bucks a month in mutual funds than have in MLM (and probably a lot more secure too). Of course, MLMers will claim that MLM has produced more millionaires then something or other which is a total line of BS since there is no evidence of any of that.

Anyhow, always enjoy hearing the thoughts of others, even the biased MLMers themselves. Type on!

(as a last note, this is merely a thought provoking question. MLM is fundamentally flawed since you cannot expand past 30 levels with even a 2 by 2 downline structure - a canoe with no bottom perhaps ).

For instance, McDonald's offers quick, cheap food, and now they are a household (world-wide) name. But I don't understand the "model" part of it. If anyone knows how this works please let me know. Thank you!

Hello,

I work in a flower shop and there are obviously lots of fresh flowers and plants.
Due to recent low temperatures, my inside windows are constantly fogged.
Until now, I used heaters to "clean" the windows but it works temporary.

ANY GOOD IDEA TO ELIMINATE HUMIDITY????

Thank you

----------------------- Get IN Shape
---------------------Income Statement
--------------- Month ended october 31,2006
revenue ------------------------------------------ $25000
less: All expenses--------------------------------- 8000
Net income -------------------------------------- $17000
Revenue includes 60 memberships at $300 each, good for one year. The book says there are sever GAAP used improperly in this case. Can anyone tell which One ?
There are double line under $17000, so there is no format error.
I think the GAAP used wrong are principle of conservatism and matching principle, but I'm not sure, should the membership revenue be divid into 12 or should I leave it as is

If anyone knows what's wrong, can u give me some real situation example.

Thank u for ur help

I'm thinking of starting a coffee shop in a Seattle neighborhood that is your basic espresso, pastries, and wifi sort of setup. I'm just in the exploratory phase and am trying to get some raw numbers to work out the scale of the enterprise. Primary amongst the numbers I need is either the gross take of an average coffee shop in Seattle WA or the net profit for any given period. Thanks.

I currently work for a bank. What would I need to do in order to make this dream come true? I know I'd need to go through school to get licensed and certified, but outside of that, how does one go about opening their own massage therapy location?

I'm working on creating a new cloth-based product that I need to have manufactured. I'm not sure if I should do it here in the US or in India or China. The product material will be fairly high-end. I've heard that India is often a better place to get this done. Does anyone have any experience doing this or can anyone point me to some good resources on the web?

Thanks!

IT solutions firm specializes in Networking services, product/software development, IT staffing (full time & consulting), IT outsourcing, and reller of hardware/software.

Besides making calls to businesses, explaining our services, and getting no where, does any one have any tips for a beginner in the sales department?

I started looking into becoming a third party vendor for other businesses/corporations but the company is mostly looking for local small - medium sized businesses.

I also am looking into whether I can become affiliated with a business development company, so that they can offer my services to businesses that would benefit from the cost savings that my company offers.

I hope this is detailed enough! Any help from veteran sales people, (or just someone with a good idea) would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS GUYS/GALS
