Small Business - December 2006

Can anyone tell me what basic info I would need (or a web site that I could go to) to open a small business? I want to open my own photo studio, but I have NOOOOO clue where to start, or how much to save, etc.....Any info would be helpful!! :-)

I post an online auction on ebay recently and this women ask me to sent the item to Nigeria through fedex and said that she will pay me through paypal. Although paypal have already confirm the payment, but the payment will only proceed to my paypal account after the user verified the payment. I am afraid that she might cancel the payment after I have sent the item, so should I send or not?

Take for example Walmart - it is a big customer for small vendors but because of its aggressive bargaining strategy to deliver lowest cost of its product to its customers it need not be the best customer for the vendors.Another eg: an automobile company which has a number of machinery parts outsourced from vendors,the vendors get a right price of its offering and in turn the automobile company sometimes helps in making the vendor more competetive through vendor development,so it becomes a big plus a best customer.

a. Page size
b. columns and rows
c. lines per column
2. We need rows and cols similar way we see it in Excel.

I just started to day and have to take an inventory every 2 weeks. What program should I use on the computer?
