Well, I won't get a best answer for this, but I want to make sure you have all the data for this. You don't have to call yourself a Taxi, but you are one. Whenever you transport people, you need a special license in pretty much any state where there are enough people to do this. Also, you might need medical people involved or on call. This will be a very expensive venture due to insurance alone. Although I like to think positive, so here's how it could work... You need to be in a state where the insurance is least expensive, less litigious and where the no fault laws do not exist. Also you need to be in a stats where there are many older people and where the taxes are low. I can't think of many. In Florida, as an example, many of the seniors can still get around on their own. GOOD LUCK MISSY and Godspeed!

If you want to do this to earn a living then you will forst obtain a licnece and have all the insurance needed. Then most likely you would have to have a vehicle that would provide access for wheel chairs and other disabilities. After that you would have to find people willing to pay you enough for you to make any money at it.

It may seem like a good idea but very few that have tried it has ever earned enough to even pay for the fuel.

Do a lot of resurch before you do anything.

you are able to call around to interior sight vet clinics, they frequently be attentive to respected those that have education or breeders. A rescue is a robust theory, yet once you want a domestic dog then a breeder is your terrific guess. attempt to stay remote from craigslist and web sites like that... you do no longer desire someones exterior breeding domestic dogs and actually no longer puppy shops. in case you pass view a domestic dog and this is torpid finding and not playful.. run away! i'm a vet tech and characteristic seen assorted domestic dogs offered at puppy shops and are available into the health facility days after being offered and that they are fantastically much ineffective from no longer being dealt with on the shops. merely be attentive to what you're doing and don't make impulsive judgements. reliable success

Legally you need to get a business license for your business, advertize and just start doing it. I think you have a very good idea and there is a need for this. Elderly people even need transportation to appointments. People who can't drive anymore and whose children are working or are uninvolved with their elderly parents need a way to get around.

Check with your local senior services. Or call your local AARP. You may even advertise in a local senior paper.
