I inherited this when my mother passed away and really don't know where to start. Currently there are two Spas in Hawaii that are the only customers. I have called them both and they claim it is the best body polish, bath salts and foot scrub they have ever come across. Any advice is appreciated.

I have a business name: iBead Elegants (in Arizona) which specializes in handmade jewelry - I do not sell beads wholesale, etc. I also do not have a domain name of such. I sell 99% of my business through eBay.
I received a message from a company in Florida called iBead.com which has a federal trademark as iBead.com
This company iBead.com has a business in Florida with a sign on the outside of the building "Bead Warehouse" and under it is "iBead.com" ....

Although I have a City, State and Federal ID under my name, am I infringing on his trademark illegally?
Also I didn't know that internet domain names were trademarked.

I need a way to let people know I am selling County Bunny bath and body products without having a sales speech at every family dinner, birthday or friends bbq. My friend is having a big birthday party of all girls next month, most of which I don't know. I am giving my friend some product for her birthday. Since this isn't a real business, my only concern is this being a product that may contribute bodily injuries (depending on how it's used) How to avoid a lawsuit for whatever complaints against my homemade product? I probably sell about 5 ramps per month. I don't thinks is worth to setup either LLC or INC.

Shipping is dumb. One company will ship you something for 10 dollars and one other company ships the same thing for more. Shipping to Canada is really dumb because after you pay for shipping you have to pay a brokerage fee which can be as much as $30. Ebay is going down the tubes fast. What don't you like about this company? UPS is the biggest brokerage thief of them all as far as I am concerned.
