Since this isn't a real business, my only concern is this being a product that may contribute bodily injuries (depending on how it's used) How to avoid a lawsuit for whatever complaints against my homemade product? I probably sell about 5 ramps per month. I don't thinks is worth to setup either LLC or INC.

Looks like the volume is not significant. Just put a warning sticker on all of the saying something that... "Be Careful" or not responsible for any injuries.

If volume grows, incorporation would be a great option.

I would set up as an LLC. Look for a low cost service to assist you with this. There are many to choose from make sure they are reputable and can provide you with a quote up front.
