It's hard to tell, we really need more information. How long has it been since you won the item. Perhaps they have just gotten busy or had some sort of even in their lives that is keeping them from getting back to you promptly.

I would proceed with caution. What is their rating? How many customers have they had? Look at their ratings if they have had a lot of safisfied customers in multiple transactions then I would give it a little more time. But if they don't have other satisfied customers I would immediately contact ebay.

I'm glad they DON'T have the money order yet. You should be able to get your money back from where you purchased the money order. I use paypal for all ebay transactions, it's fast an easy but more importantly it provides some protection in an online world that isn't always as it seems! Good luck!

It's possible that he doesn't take money orders, maybe he only takes paypal? If you haven't given the money yet then you don't have to worry about anything. Money orders are actually dangerous because they're just like cash. Better to use Paypal or a credit card, at least then there's some recourse in case you never receive the item.

p.s. ebay has very good online "live" help, look on their home page for the link. it's like online chat with one of their ebay employees, and I've really found out a lot

I think you should get ebay's attention. If you didn't send money, I guess technically you haven't been "had" but it's still a form of fraud. Good luck with your situation

Don't forget to send negative feedback. And make sure it hurts. Something like: "Seller emailed pics of his privates, stay away from this one!" Or, "This seller somehow tracked my personal info and leaves obscene phone calls, beware!" Pwn this guy and he'll never do business on ebay again.

It depends how long since you tried contacting them. I would wait at least 4 days. if its been more then that i would file a report

It is your responsibility to buy the item, but it is the seller's responsibility to sell it, complete the transaction and ship it.
