I am interested in setting up a car hire business here in my country. I want it to be more like "hire a scrap." Where is your country?I have a car rental company and willing to help you but you see every country has different sets of rules to follow so my business plan might be diff from yours if adapted in a different setting so....

Your best bet is probably to talk to people that are involved in that type of business or have started that business. perhaps try emailing a few people from that company explaining that you are doing a school project, maybe they will help you. Here is a Canadian based company that is exactly that idea-rent a wreck.
