i dont want to make a large amount of money.we are happy to make comfortable living.dont have grand ideas.willing to work hard.but we need an idea

All I could suggest is you and your partner talk about it and come out a list of the things that interst you both most and start the business. So that you wont get tried when you start your business... Good luck....
