I have heard that I could go to a credit union that I belong to...problem is, I have bad credit. I know that there are private lenders out there that will help....BUSINESS PLAN IS SOLID. This wine boutique franchise is taking the nation by storm...I want to be in on it..lol..just need to get with the right people that know and understand about starting up a business with nothing but a dream and a plan.

My husband is in Iraq and when he get's back we are going to buy a ranch and build a farm, over the next few years we hope to make it a self sufficient farm, but this isn't cheap! Do you know of any grants that could help us? We're first time buyers and can do horse rescue as well if either of these help! Thanks!

Hi all,
I have a system of being able to sell digital products such as mp3 files, eBooks, porn (if that sells!) etc through a website that takes secure payments and delivers the goods to the buyer's computer through a download. This is a website I have recently made so has little publicity and web traffic.
What I am struggling with is what to sell and how to know what will sell?
My website does not have the high volume of traffic that would warrant selling other people's digital files - at least without doing a lot of work promoting the website and "optimising" the site with the search engines.
The alternative, therefore, is to sell those products which would be in high demand, LEGALLY.
My question, guys and gals, is what would those products be?

My sister has asked me to be her business partner and to help her open a restaurant in Detroit. I have no experience whatsoever (which doesn't mean much cause I have to start somewhere) but I am typing this to ask if others have any advice on getting started when opening up a (food) business? Preferably, some advice from anyone who has opened a business themselves, but all are welcome.

I work for a small contracting company; I am in the process of working on securing a multi-million dollar contract for them; should I expect a certain percentage for all of my extra work. Or should I just leave and take my contract with me.

I am self employed working from home & a friend put money into my business when i started, now she wants out {only been up a couple o months} but wants half of our stock & all the petty cash, as she rekons she 'owns' more than me, I have added up all costs we individually paid for & I am about £170ish behind her, I never put in any of my house expences such as bussiness rates, electric or whatever else, would it be sneaky of me to add them now, when sorting it all out??
Just she did nothing & have been up till 3-4am everyday since starting & I am going to begrudge her walking away with all that.

Please give me some advice??

I am looking to start a home based business and I have been searching for just the right one to promote. I found a business that sells Noni juice at http://www.buyMynoni.com that seems perfect, but I just want to make sure if there is something better out there.

What I do know is that:

• I do not want to take surveys to make money
• I am not interested in MLM or Network Marketing businesses

Hi. Does anyone know how I can get around this without going against ebay rules? Basically I've sold an item that can only be collected and I stated clearly that I only accept paypal as payment. The buyer has now asked if he can he pay me cash when he collects it but would it be against ebay rules to do this? I don't know as I'm an inexperienced ebayer and I need an advice from experienced ebayers fast! Many thanks.

Well, I'm a freelance web designer and I've worked with about 20-30 clients over the past 5 years and well, I'm not perfect and consistant. I have clients that are not happy with my service and they don't ask me to do work for them anymore. But I also have clients that are very happy with my service. Sometimes I never finish their work at all because I'm too busy. So, I'm wondering is it normal to have a small percentage of unhappy customers, or should I deliver the best service posible to each client ? I just feel bad that I didn't do a good job last time. But my business is ok and I still have work coming in.
