If there is a Vocational School in your area you can check for adult evening classes. They usually don't cost much and only last for a few weeks.

I may be able to answer some of your questions, but setting up your company is the most important step. Therefore a class would be best.

I guess it would be similar to another program, so just create a dummy file and enter the info as you would and you should be able to learn at least the basics.
