I have a guitar lesson studio and students need to buy guitars all the time. I believe in getting affordable and good quality guitars would be a great help for everybody. Maybe my question should be "How to a get a guitar dealership from Yamaha or any other name brand?"

A friend asked me to put a marketing strategy together to help put bums on seat for an event. It seems it is now turning out alot more than expected. Also he doesn't have enoughtcapital at the moment and so cannot pay for my service until I begin to generate sales. I don't have the funds needed to run with this project at the moment and no one to turn to fro funds either. What do I do? If only I could start it off it does have the potential to be huge. I mentioned that it seems as if alot of the risk is being transferred to myself but what my friend said was that it is because he is outsourcing this part of the project to myself. Please I need some sound business advice here. It's also proving difficult to get others who will join me to carry out the telesales. This is because they know they can only get paid once the sales start coming through. what do I do? I don't want to lose out on this opportuninty.

On 27.11.06 I had paid thru DBS internet banking $550 for my Sp Services bill. On 30/11/06 this morning, I tried to log into dbs internet banking to check my funds. I was VERY shocked when the bank reject my pin 3 times and blocked my account. I could never have keyed in the wrong pass and ID! I called DBS bank straight away and they ask me for my details.. After which i ask them whats my last transaction, I heard a $20.39 X 2 transactions on 30/11/06 morning and was quite surprised... I know my dbs banking may have being hacked into... THEN THE BIG SHOCK CAME!! The staff told me there was a withdrawal from ENETS at $2949 on 29/11/ 2006 late at night. I CANNOT believe it. I had just open dbs bank account for less than 3 months and this had happened!!! I had previously using OCBC bank for many years and never once met any problems! IMAGINE my shock and bewilderment!!! The staffs promised to get back to me and i had to make a police report. I did not know how the hacker get all my info!

You start the bid at £5 and no other bids are made(starting the bid ends the option to buy now),at end of auction you win the item at 99p knowing that the item is worth much more and that the seller is going to be very disappointed, as you know he was hopeing for around £55.Do you think "Good i got a bargain" and pay your 99p and collect the item without a second thought OR think " This is embarassing, how can i go pick up this item and hand the seller 99p,he will be embarassed taking it,and i will feel embarassed too, maybe i should offer him a decent price for the item, even although i won the bid fair and square" What would you do ?

there no other option for me to get to my dreams, no proffessional , no Buisness, and in job salary is also very low , so through Amway I got an opportunity to get to my dreams, from last 5 years I was working for my boss, he paid me salary for my efforts, only his dreams were fullfiled to the date. basically the logic in this buisness is to increasing your working hours, and in normal life a person has only 24 hours to work which mean the work time is in limit and the money will also be limited

I have been making cakes (wedding, birthday anniversary...)for six years now. I have had several people request me. I have also been told at many weddings: "your cake is the BEST I have ever tasted--You need to open a business". I am more confident now that I could do it. However, I make big city cakes and I live in a small town. How do I charge to get what they are worth? I use fillings and all fresh ingredients. I really enjoy doing it, but I want to make it worth my while without t being crazy expensive. What about food preparation laws. Thanks for any input.
