Unfortunately that is a tough one since for the most part we have freedom of speech. Call a lawyer and ask where the line between freedom of speech ends and slander begins.

There is a point where a opinion can become liable and slanderas. This is the point where Your opinion becomes illegal. Normally a opinion will go unlooked at on the web but there are more and more cases where people get in trouble now.
