If so, would you rather go back to work outside the home or keep working from your home.

I am retired from my former job. I want to start an in-home business on my own but have no income at the present. How can I get money without putting my husbands name on the loan? I want everything to be in my name. I want to consolidate all of my present bills (which are in my name) and get some extra money to pay for the supplies and etc that I need for my new business.

I'm a 21 year old stay and home mom and to make some extra money I was thinking about posting a babysitting ad in my apartment complex laundry room. What kind of requirements would I need to save my own *** if something happened to one of the kids that I might watch. Do I need insurance? Do I need to take classes? I want to do it by the book and I don't want to get sued.

We're starting an e-commerce company and need a business name that fits the following criteria:

1. The name will match the two key themes (rustic and imports)
2. The name will be available for domain name registration with a .com extension through ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers)
3. The name will be available for registration as a trademark with The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Beyond these requirements, the name must look good in print and sound good / familiar to the ear.

There might be a small reward ($250 or less) for the person who comes up with the best name.

If I were to sell some scrapbook home made Die Cuts on e-bay, what would be a good price to start things out as? I started a set of 7 Bumble Bees out for $.60 and they sold, but is that too much or too less for them? There were 6 little bees and 1 larger bee. They were all enough to fit into one regular large white envelope.

My Ebay ID is Jenna7575. If you look it up you will see some of the things I am selling and the prices for them.

A small company files for bankruptcy after selling off all its major assets to competitors, but the management principals seemed to have made out OK, and there has been some shredding of accounting records.

i see so many people who answer the actual question itself without reading the added details...does it really take that long to read a few extra lines?

i'd rather read the extra details and not look like an idiot.
