None. Something like 90% of restaurant businesses fail during the first or second year. You would be lucky to get a loan. The cost of kitchen equipment is very high.
If you had some start up capital and were able to buy your equipment at a "going out of business" auction you might get everything at about 25% to 33% of the cost of new.

You can also look for a restaurant business which is for sale. The seller might be willing to finance the purchase of everything you may need.

i suggest talking to the SBA or small business association that is nearest you; they offer seminars and classes to help you know what's out there, or just answer your questions online or in person.
