Small Business - September 2006

Boss just came and interrupted my work to demand I go make coffee. He is getting worse lately about demeaning requests of his female employees (not the guys, just the women). I work for a small company. For the most part, I like my job and the ppl I work with. Its close to home. I just would like to address this and stop it.
I have a Bachelors degree and am a CS manager, I think I should be treated with a little more respect than that!
What would you do?

I want to start up a business selling writing paper and Greeting Cards. I just cant find the right name. Please help me. Is there a way to get a loan to start a very small restaurant? I don't have any money to put down. Also, how do I know how much I need? I found a small place that is up for lease that would be a great location, but I don't have money to start it and have no idea how much money it takes it start it.....like put the ovens, carpeting, tables chairs....ect.... Remember, this is just a very small place not a big restaurant.....Like takes 3 people to run it.

I need a good name for an online media sales business. I will be selling mostly cd's, but books and dvd's also. Most catchy names of relevance are taken, something meaningless or abstract may be the better way to go.I am thinking about not even trying to use a title that has disc,cd,music,media or anything like that unless it has a unique word or phrase along with it. Any help at all you could give me will be appreciated. Ok im a grad student doing research on Foreign nurses recruitment. Im working on the pricing part, Foreign nurses go through the immigration process which add up expenses to hiring them ( Lawyers, paperwork, travel, reviews). Who pays for these expenses? Are hospitals eager to pay these, with some set conditions like employment contracts? I really need help on this part. How much does a recruitement company charge hospitals for a nurse they successfully place?
