I would like to open a strip club. Doea anyone have any advise regarding this idea?

first, local laws. always make sure you get on the good side of the local PD and lawmakers. You want to make sure that you arent doing anything illegal or even close to illegal. this will ensure that you dont get shut down right off the bat, or worse. This will also ensure that should you run into a problem, you'll have the PD and the law on your side.

second, location. You want to make sure that you are in a prominant enough place that you can draw a bunch of business. you want people to see your place and stop by. you dont want to have to count on people driving out to your place. also, you want to make sure that you are far enough away from people who will be offended by your business and other businesses that will lose business if you are near. thats bad because then you spend all your time battling instead of doing business.

third, partner up with as many local businesses as you can. offer coupons and discounts as freely as you can. you want your business to become known. dont worry too much about losing money right off the bat. what you are doing is trading early profits for lengevity. you want your business to last and that means partnerships with local businesses and regular customers.

fourth, find good girls. crappy girls will work for less pay, but you wont get many people coming back.

Somewhat related to that, treat your girls well. the customers arent coming there for you, they are coming for the girls. your girls are what you are riding your business on. treat your girls well!!!

finally, believe in your business. you will do so much better if you just believe that you will be great! dont give up over the small failures you may have. you will be able to overcome the small things to ultimately have a great business.
