Hi,

I need to start a system for a medical office for the patient files. When one patient chart is removed, we need to place something in that spot to mark the place where it was on the shelf, & for the employee to sign who took the chart, the date, and where it currently is.

My question is does anybody know what that those place holders are called & where they can be purchased? Is there a better system for the patient files than that?

Hi, I'm a college student and in need of exercising my entrepreneurial mind and of course making money. The idea of selling company t-shirts crossed my mind. Can I sell these t-shirts say at a swapmeet. I just buy t-shirts at wholesale and bump up the price? Would this work? Any permits I would need? Do I have to be an already established company to do this sort of thing? I just want to sell some t-shirts that I know will definitely sell out in a swapmeet.

I am ready to branch out offering decorating and shopping advice to clients from wanting one day makeovers to just someone to accompany them on shopping trips to redecorate their homes or offices to those clients who want nothing to do with the decor so they leave and come home to a whole new look. Myself and the other 2 owners are part of the Board of Directors. The Board decided by a majority vote that only 1 of the owners would have signing authority and deny me that. Since the company owes me a lot of money and they are making decisions of not paying back debt on my personal credit card that before was being payed. Do I have the legal right to still write checks to try and pay the payments on the credit card ?

Hello, I am a freelance computer tech, lately I have been puting out signs advertising in the phonebook, and puting out flyers. Recently I met a female computer tech that works at comp usa, she seems very ambitious about teaming up with me to make something happen with our business. Do any of you have any ideas of how this would work? Or are we just competitors, never to be anymore than that? I have never actually met her in person, just spoken over the phone. Am I just pursuing ulterior motives, such as some fantasy of a relationship with this girl, or something huge happening?

Some pluses are she DOES speak spanish, which I do not. This could bring more potential customers. She also is A+ certified. So what would you do in my situation? We do not want to open a store or anything like that, just team up doing in-home repairs. A great idea would really help! ;)

We are on yahoo, google msn etc - paid advertising. Also we have advertised on radio, some other australian fertility websites.
