if you are actually serious...try this website for help. The can help you build a business plan. not sure if you need to tell the lender or not. You shouldn't have to.

yes you can i started a business on 500 bucks and had it for 22 yrs sold it for $15.000 just watch out what you get into and what you want to do with your life go to a Realtor and let her show what is for sale in your area

it's a respectable monetary start if you don't plan on leasing an office, buying supplies, paying wages, purchasing merchandise, etc...

Well for one, you have to show the IRS, where you got the money!! Since you put $10,000 in the bank, they'll want to talk to you!!!
