I need to know how or who to go through to get a link listed on the top of the page where it is highlighted, so that shoppers can easily find my busines?

You have to contact that search engine's advertising department and it costs ALOT of $$$$$.

not expensive depending on where you go!! you should see a little link that says advertise here, click it, I advertise at some places for $5
