I'm looking for responses ONLY from people who live in RVs full-time for this question...and not looking for any "why would you want to do that?" kind of responses.

I am currently paying about $700 a month for an apartment (not including utility costs).
I am thinking about buying an RV and moving into a $350/mo park (within 2 miles of where I live) would save me money (IE salvage value of the RV (evem including depreciation), lower rent, less utility bills etc.)
By my calculations, It appears the overall costs, over 2+ years, of rent vs. owning an RV strongly favor RV living (it almost cuts expenses in half when salvage value is factored in).

But I haven't owned an RV and I want to know, from someone who does, what are the hidden expenses (repairs, inspections, park policies, etc.) and how much extra will such things cost me over, say, 5 years? What experiences have you all had with such issues?

Intended to remodel, quick sell & profit. Comedy of errors starting w/the contractor and the agent. Agent no longer working w/the original r.e. company. Plans not finalized w/city for approval. Lots of money spent & now depleted. Desperate to sell & still profit. An expensive learning experience to say the least.

I have a 1st mortage and a HELOC and unfortunatly have run out of funds to complete my project (maxed out the HELOC and Credit Cards). I've got less than $10,000 worth of work left on the house and would like to refi, but the broker and lender I'm working with told me that I have to complete certain things before I can refi (ex: countertops in the kitchen, trim work and some drywall work).

I thought I've heard of people refinancing in the middle of projects. Am I wrong?

I was thinking that I would use a video introduction on my denver real estate website. I wanted it to be casual and very relaxed. This is our first try at it, please tell me what you think good and bad please.

Thanks

A couple is leasing a unit. The lease agreement is in both names. The female is upset with the male lessee so she changes the locks and then charges the male lessee with breaking and entering by filing a police report stating that the house belongs to her.

Local small town realtors do not acknowledge any cost/pricing difference. Totally mixed area with no true individual comparables. Also $values placed on upgrades and non ac sqft amentities (lot size-mature lanscaping / trees-decks-water features, city util)per sq ft. Searching for standardized guideline.

Bought home in April 2006
When can I refinance to-
1.combine mortgage 1+2
2.Get cash out to do home improvements?
I bought the house well under market value but with no cash down
P.S. I only want ONE mortgage payment, hence the reason I did not take out a home equity loan or line of credit
