I get paid bi weekly, each check consists of 822.63.

This is how each check is broken down:

1st. 822.63-Cell phone (90.00)-Insurance (154.00) Gas (80.00)

2nd. 822.63-Rent (100.00)-Car payment (350.00)-Gas (80.00)

These are my two credit cards and corresponding APR rates

Capital One - $782.19 0%APR until May 2008, 8.9% after that

Credit Union - $3490.69 16.9% APR

Now I ONLY have this amount of pay until March 24,2008. At that time I will not be working Full time any longer. So I have my next check that I will get on the 31 of December, and then only Until March 24,2008. My holiday shopping is already done!

PLEASE ASSIST with the most productive way to pay off my debt. I need to pay off as much as I can until March 24 2008. If anyone can assist with there opinions, that would be most helpful. Thank you!

Yes, I know what I should be doing, but I hate it. It depresses me and I'm not very good at it. My stay-on-top-of-it skills are costing me money. I need someone to take over my budget and give me an allowance to spend. Make sure I am putting my money to its correct use and pay all my bills (even though most are auto-pay) I am admitting defeat... Who do I call?

I have had this car for almost 2 years now. A family member took over the payments of the car about a year ago but now the payments are 3 months behind. I have no one else to take over payments and I don't know what else to do. I have the car up for sale but no one is interested in buying the car. I need some major help on this one. Is there anyway to negotiate your way out of an auto loan???

Currently i am stuck with a secreterial job ($12/hour ) for the payment for my car and insurance and my 2 credit cards which are in collections . My plan is to use the first few pay checks to start to payy off my credit cards ( clear up my credit soon )

and then pay off my car and insurance amounts. I graduated with a degree in electrical and computer engineering . I am planning to save up enough money so that in 1-2 months I will have enough money saved up and then I will apply for entry level electrical engineering jobs . I think I might have to quit my current job to start going for interviews because if not there will be tension between the employer and me I think .

Also I am working another part-time job just to make ends meet.

I am thinking once i get a job as an entry level electrical engineer , anywhere near by , I can use the saved up money to move to the new place and start my life there.
What do you think ?

I’d like your suggestions on how I should handle my 401k rollover. Some background info: I’m 23 years old and I left a company (I had worked there for a year) at the end of October. My 401k had a balance of about $4500, and half of that was the vested balance (does that mean I only have half to rollover?) I’m working at a new company and they allow us to rollover our 401k from a previous employer. Should I rollover my 401k into the new company’s 401k? Or should I rollover into an IRA? What are the pros and cons of each? If I rollover into an IRA, is there a certain type of IRA I have to enroll in? Typically, what types of fees are associated with having an IRA? My previous employer matched 100% to my 401k contributions, but my new company only matches 30%. This is a side question, but should I just not do a 401k with my current employer and, instead, enroll in a Roth IRA? Sorry if this sounds confusing. I’m just not sure what the best options are… any help would be great. Thanks!

i got an $200 item on ebay from this seller who has 25 feedbacks.
it's been more than 2 weeks since he told me he "shipped". but the tracking number this as*hole gave me is fake, and he won't reply my emails. and later, ebay sent me a notice not to pay this guy, but i already did.
so, i reported to paypal, they are reviewing it for me, i'm positive i'll get money back, but i just want to know where that $200 is coming from. is it from paypal? or is it from this as*hole's bank?

This is my idea, my ultimate Christmas gift... A big 47" LCD TV- what he really wants but wants to wait until we get our taxes back. I want to get it for him for Christmas. Now, I got a call from Citibank. I had a $5000 personal loan through them I pay 235 a month for 2 yrs, and I owe 1500 now, they said I qualify for a low refinancing rate and I asked if I could get more $ from it, and they said of course. So I want to take out $1200 and get it refinanced. Payments would be the same every month and it would only make 6 more months of payments. I really want to get him this TV and we can afford it like this. I just don't know if he would be mad because I did the loan thing. I think he'd be happy about the TV. And it won't change monthly payments just the amount of time on it. How would you feel if your wife did this?

I bought my condo 2.5 years ago with a 5/1 arm. I thought I'd be out of here by year 5, but with the market the way it is, it might not happen. I don't even know if I CAN refinance an arm. Does anyone have any suggestions so I don't get saddled with the adjustable rate come 2.5 years? Thanks!

We have an adjustable mortgage w/a balloon at the end. Our current interest rate is 7%. We pay $2119 a month ($1654 plus $465 for taxes). Beneficial is trying to get us to refinance with them. They have offered us a fixed rate loan at 11% with $9,000 cash out, a $15,000 "personal credit line" and they will pay off $14,000 in bills ($3k for our car, $1k NYS taxes, $10k student loans). The problem is the new payment will be $2828 and that DOES NOT include our taxes. Beneficial keeps making it sound like it is a big help to us but I don't see it. I think $2828 a month is a HUGE payment that we might not be able to make. The $10k in student loans they are paying are not even due for another 2 years so that isn't reducing my monthly debt. I guess my question is ...does anyone here think this is a better situation than what we have now?

On $60K p/y, I fully fund my 403b @$15,500 and a roth at $4k (will increase to $5k/2008). I have $16K in mm account as emergency fund, no credit card bills, single/no children. I could still invest $1-$3K per year, am I eligible to fully fund a traditional ira? If not, any suggestions for the $1-$3K?

but no milk. I have 2 days until I go home (im a student) and no money should I get an emergency loan or just live off this food and suffer for a few days. I don't want to pay large amounts of money off next term because it will only end in a shortfall at the end.
