Yes, I know what I should be doing, but I hate it. It depresses me and I'm not very good at it. My stay-on-top-of-it skills are costing me money. I need someone to take over my budget and give me an allowance to spend. Make sure I am putting my money to its correct use and pay all my bills (even though most are auto-pay) I am admitting defeat... Who do I call?

Rather than accept defeat I think you're on the right track to being very good at handling your money. You know that you lack the skills. There are plenty of places and/or classes offered designed for people just like you. Look for them, take the class, improve your skills, manage your own money. Keep in mind that anytime you have someone 'else' handle your money, there is always the possibility of theft and fraud. Educating yourself is the best protection against that - for a lifetime.

you should not look at handling money as an unnecessay chore == it should be a game thing -- first of all i would not trust anyone to do it for me === if you have the basic math skills it is a piece of cake == email me if you like and i may i can think of some ways to help you get on the right track -- ed
