hii am three months late for paying the house payment and i dont have the money is there any grant program?

Grants? No.

You should call the mortgage company and try to negotiate on the past due payments. They may add them to the end of the mortgage or let you pay them over time. This assumes that your cash shortfall is just temporary and you can make you future payments.

Other than that.......sorry to say.....start packing.
