Where can I find an auditor to help me review and possibly rescing my mortgage?

Actually you can rescind a refinanced mortgage under certain conditions. There are certain TILA laws that protect consumers and prohibit lenders from certain practices. I am searching for a mortgage auditor who can help me prepare the paperwork.

I guess I should have given more information in the beginning. Rescinding a mortgage is not foreclosure. There are laws that lenders must follow when refinancing a loan. Many do not lenders, who finance sub prime customers, often charge high fees, and violate the laws. When you buy a house you have a note and a mortgage, when you rescind your mortgage, when the laws have been violated, you are still responsible for the note. The rescision simply cancels the mortgage, not the note. You still own your house, you just have to find a new lender.

I am searching for a mortgage auditor, who can review a loan and search for the violations I mentioned above. Again, this is completely different then foreclosures. Do a search for Mortgage auditor Marie McDonnell and you will better understand.

If you're asking about rescinding or cancelling, you cannot do so after you have signed and accepted the mortgage. Taking a mortgage is a one way trip, until you decide to pay it off in full.
