Anyone bought this guide from them? If yes, was it useful?
It is going for $27 and they claim it is the best in the market.
want to be sure, even though thy offered to refund my money if not satisfied.

only one the benefits from this book is the folks selling it!!! the yellow pages has a list of banks and it is free!!!

No. I would recommend a local bank. Opening an account is easy. Every bank provides different types of services and accounts based on customer needs. If you are not living in or are a citizen of the United States most foreigners have their money in various types of investment accounts not one for general transactions.

I would not recommend them.
The very first thing they say is their stuff is FREE. Then they want $27.00.
They are liars.
