I've read here on "ask" that I should join a group before listing requesting on loan of Prosper. Unfortunately I already placed and today and still no responses so should I withdraw loan request in order to join a group and will this make my account look bad? Also, what's best way to go about joining a group? Thanks

Hubby has some savings bonds that he wants to change the beneficiary on the bonds from his ex-wife to me but when I went to the http://www.treasurydirect.gov website and read up on getting the bonds reissued, it says that the beneficiary on E bonds has to sign the forms as well but my hubbys' bond's are EE. Will that apply to him? She will not sign and we can not afford to take the matter to court. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently incurred an obscene amount of overdraft fees which I feel is partially my banks fault. But I also cannot pay all the fees, and be able to pay my bills. I know in the UK there are ways to reclaim your money. But how would one in the US go about doing that?
