I don't think that there is such a service. I make many international wires and my banks on both ends as well as the banks that it goes through all charge a fee. I end up paying around $75-100 each time.

Only possibility that comes to mind is having an active account with a bank or brokerage firm that operates internationally. It has been a long time, years, but I could save a lot of charges (not all) with my Prudential-Bache Securities account. That firm has since been bought by Wachovia Bank and probably no longer doing that type of business. You can Call Credit Suisse, they have US offices but are based in Switzerland... good luck!
