YES, and I ain't telling!! :) No, actually the only secret is that anyone can do it, and the other posts here give most of the things that will help you get there. The best thing you can do is to develop the habit of saving some of what you earn EVERY time you get paid, the more the better, but just as important is putting that money to work in some interest bearing vehicle, in time you will be shocked how it grows.
