...a lender that would give the best possible mortgage rate.

I realize that this is a rather vague question, but please make at least a general input.

Thanks.

A guy came into the hotel that i work at and told me he was a reverand of this church and had broken down.he asked to use the phone,he called the "tow truck company" and informed me that he was $32 dollars short. He promised that he would bring it back, i gave him my phone number.he called me at home when i got off of work, and told me he was going to meet me at my bank to reimburse me the money that i had given him. When i met him, he told me that the church wanted to help me out (mind you i am 9 months pregnant)and give me and my child a present for being so kind.He said that he was going to transfer $350 dollars to my account and all he needed back was $140 so he could get his vehicle fixed. The next day the bank called and said that nothing was put in the deposit envelope(the bank was closed when we made the transaction).i found the number to the church he said he was with, called, and they told me that other people had called with the same problem.i don't know what to do!please help!!

I have checked in some sites online and seems that the ranges go from 500 and above but I wish I could find something cheaper but decent.

I'm about to purchase a bike for 8,500 and I was approved through the dealership for financing but I don't want to deal with their interest. I was wondering if there is a certain credit card that seems to give you a higher limit off the bat and that does the introductory 0% APR for 12 Months. I plan to have the bike paid off within a year so this particular card would be ideal for me. I'm trying to avoid paying 500-1000 if not more in interest. Anyways, my Fica score is 703 as of the 5th of March. The problem is I have 2 credit cards now but with extremely low credit limits(600, 2000). I did this same thing on the 2,000 limit card because i bought a bowflex for 1,700 and avoided their interest charges. I only owe 500 more on that and still got 6 months before they hit me with their APR. Can anyone suggest a certain card that seems to give you a higher limit than the other cards that offer the 0% APR. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Dedicated my entire life to raising kids & providing loving home. Now at 40 I'm left single with 4 kids still at home, going through bankruptcy and no money or education to qualify for a job that will pay the bills and child care. Very much need to find help for education fees. Court dates for child support will take months, in need of $200.-$300. a month for child care in home. One child with heart problems.

My husband and I have a lot of things that we need to save money for. We're having a baby in late July, possibly early August. Our car died on us and we figure that it will cost more than what the car is worth to fix it. AND we need a new computer - prefferably a laptop type - because we live in a small town and can't drive to the city to get certain things we need - we have to order things through the internet.

So - how do we save money when we don't make very much money anyway? And how do we get the items we need and be able to afford everything else?

I am leaving my current job to temp, so I can help my mom go to dr. visits. I will be looking for work that will give me the schedule I need, but I would like to save money of course, also.

Besides collecting bottles & cans etc, what tips do you have for saving money, cutting costs and/or making some quick cash?

Please; no answers like being a hooker or the like. :-p

Hey, Im broke till tomorrow, it's my last three bucks, im going out for a beer with my friends tonight. Is it really THAT big a deal?

It really rubbed me the wrong way that this girl looked at me like I was a 65 year old convicted child molester because of my withdrawal. It was also kind of embarassing, but atms don't cover that request.

I must not be expaining this right but here I go again. If I am receiving an annual pension this year of $25,000 but will rise every year at the rate of inflation, how does this pension fit into a portfolio or net worth? For example, if next year inflation increases by 3%, my pension will rise to $25,750. If I'm trying to figure out my finacial portfollio, what value do I place on this pension? I'm 46 now. Hyperthetically, if I live until 78, (average age for men when they die) add 2% a year for inflation this pension will have been worth 1.28 million dollars over it's life time. What value would a financial advisor put on this pension. There, I can't explain it any better than that. Come on financial people, lets put our thinking caps on.. Thank you
