Washington Mutual Free Checking?

I plan on getting the WaMu free checking account. This is interest-free, am I correct? If I don't deposit money in the bank every month, will I be charged interest?

Interest free means that the bank does not does not pay YOU interest on the money that you have in the account. You never have to pay interest on a checking account. Some banks charge a fee if you fall below a certain balance, but I don't think that WAMU does that.

yes its free checking and you dont have to pay intrest they are the best bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!
