I have very very poor credit rating. I need a loan fast to pay of my depts and my overdue bills, so I only have that one monthly repayment. Do you know of any loan providers that will get me a loan? I have had YES loans and Advantage loans and Churchwood fiancial accept me but they are all scams!
I've tried getting agency work or a second job but no luck.
I only want genuine loan companies not the ones that rip you off or make you pay £50:00 processing fee!
Thanks

We are 2 months behind on everything due to a job loss. Everything happened at once! Bought the home in Nov of 06', bought a new car in Dec of 06', Aqquired 1 credit card for 2500 in Jan 07. Took a perosnal loan for 5k in order to visit family in Europe, Expecting a child now in Sept - LAID OFF from work in Feb 07! Depleted resources to keep up with bills and now we are emtpy! If we don't do something soon, I fear the outcome. I do have new work starting in 2 weeks, but then there will be another 2week delay before pay rolls in. You see the porblem I'm sure. Of course we spoke to the mortgage company of course and all creditors infomred. Regardless that does not prevent negative action on their part. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!

I'm 17 will be 18 in 6 months, i recently bounced a check. I think is what I did was... A friend of mine and I went shopping. I don't keep up with how much I spend in my check book because I get a thing in the mail saying how much I should have. So I don't do all that. I know I should because my mom's in debt and she didn't do it. I didn't think I would bounce a check because I always had an idea of how much was in there. I knew I had about $120 but i spent alot of money when I went shopping with Kelly.
I added up how much I spent, then I think I thought that the money I spent was the money I had left in my account. So I then wrote a $10 check for lunch at school, then I bought lunch and I needed more money, so I then wrote a $20 check. I bounced both of them. Now my question is, my bf is telling me I'm going to be like my mom, I absolutly HATE it when he says that and he knows it. How can I ask him to please stop, it is really hurting my feelings and I'm getting in straight now!

This year, I own them nearly $600. Last year I got nearly $800 back. I don't get it. I'm not earning tons of money. I'm just a regular person, going to school and working to pay my bills and save for my future.

What is the tax system like in Canada? Anyone know? From experience, preferrably?

I can't stand the government in the US thinking that they can squander our dollars on s h i t that doesn't matter or that isn't successful, and then keep taking more and more from people who honestly can't afford it. I can't afford to pay the government $560 this year. That's rent. That's bills. That could go toward my savings or other things that really actually matter.

Screw the government.
I'm so serious.
Flag me or whatever.
This just s u c k s.

Is it fair for people to run up massive debts then have them written off in what seems a simple and painless way? What about all the people who save and live within their means - what do they get except for higher bank charges as the banks and credit companies try to claw back their losses on the defaulters?

Anyone ever heard of this company? They say they offer financial coaches to help get your finances set up, $70 for a year, but they help you budget, save, etc. And they have a 6 month money back guarantee. Just wondering if anyone had heard anything about them or used their services...

Well heres the truth, the 10% starter tax will be scrapped at the same time, so in effect if you earn 10K a year you will be about £150 a year worse off......Crafty Mr Brown isnt he......!

On 23 Oct 06, I sent 7,145.00 dollars to Capital One . It was paid on line and my bank(Bank 0f America) sent the payoff electronically to Capital One. Bankcard Svcs had purchased this account unknown to me. Numerous phone calls to Bankcard, Bank of America & Capital One, also several E-Mails and five months later Capital One still has my $7145.00. All the monthly pymts of $75.00 had been sent from Capital One to Bankcard Svcs. The last one being 1 Oct 06. I need this matter resolved. Thank You Carl Landes

I have a $13K student loan, I have saved about $22K in savings. I am thinking about paying OFF the loan.
I make about $55K per year and my student loan is the only debt I have. Is that a good idea?
Should I pay half and save some?
Thank you

I got into quite a lot of debt with my bank, and feel that they are partcially responsible. Obviously it was up to me, but they could have stopped it before it got worse, and now they are on my back. Can I sue them and take them to court, or will they just wipe the floor with me?!
