i have several debts from a few years ago to banks and loan companys. up until last year i have been unemployed and basically avoided any contact with the banks i have also moved address several times. i have started working again and would like to know if banks or loan companys will know i am working again and what methods they use to find this out. i live in scotland

anytime you use your ssn, it get logged into the computers. Many bill collecters have people designated into just finding people and searching databases. Strange, but thanks to modern day technology, you can find almost anyone- except Osama.

Why are you asking this question? Do you want to avoid paying your debts? I'm sure the bank is still in the same place. You can mail them the money that you owe them. Let me ask you something. Why do you think it's OK to steal?? If you don't pay your debts, then you are stealing. I bet you would be pretty upset if someone broke into your home and took all of your things.
