how much money can i load on a Green Dot Visa?

I have a Green Dot Mastercard and the limit to load on it is $500.00. I would assume that the Visa is the same or close.

If you sign up for the premier card which is 19.99 for signup you can load up $2500. Otherwise it is only $500.
