depends on why you want the loan. seeing as you have a poor credit rating i would deduce that you are not very good with money and on that basis, getting more debt is definately not a good idea unless of course you couldn't give a **** whether youre in debt or not. loan companies selling loans to people like yourself charge you a bloody fortune in interest so if your absolutely sure you want a loan make the loan broker work for his money and get you the best deal you can afford over as shorter time as possible. its my experience that loans are a good way of making you miserable and skint for most of the years your paying it back. why not remorgage instead if you own your own home and release some equity. my honest advice would be to seriously evaluate if you REALLY NEED the thing you want to buy in the first place(you probably dont)

I've been a loan processor for 4 years, and I've never heard of a broker fee being paid up front. Those fees come out of the closing. Look somewhere else!

Yes, very. Yes loans would approve anyone, but that is just for them to provide the search. Any reputable loan broker would take commission from the lender not the borrower.

loan brokers are actually not a con! the reason to bypass to a loan broking provider is because of the fact the financial organization says no!!!! they produce different lenders besides the banks that approve loans and take greater advantageous hazards on people who've had adverse credit and overdue money interior the previous! in simple terms examine the greater useful enterprise Bureau till now you sign in with one to confirm in the event that they seem to be a legitamate enterprise. stable good fortune to you.
