My father left me some money in a trust fund to which I am entitled to receive interest. I am looking for the best rate of interest from a bank or Building Society but it seems only some banks & B.Socs have suitable accounts for such Trust type accounts. Can someone help please and help me find where to find the correct type of account?

My husband & I invested everything we own and mortgaged all but our soul to expand his business. Well, it worked, sort of, as we have a good businesss, but we are so behind in our current everyday bills., ie. house mortgage, electric, heat, phone, etc., that we cannot even afford to pay attention. We are destitute with nothing left to sell off. The IRS just levi'ed our checking account and took the last of our money. (they didn't tell us either) Now, i'm going to have bounced checks all over town. I just feel like we lost a war. HELP.

I just bought an hdtv for $350, and I am kind of disappointed in my decision. I wish I would have spent a little more and gotten something better. Has this ever happened to you? What did you do about it?

I have been out of work on unpaid medical leave for 2 years now. I have used what savings I had and currently have over $300,000.00 in my IRA. I know I will pay a high tax, but can I withdraw money from this account or can I take a loan out from this account? If it is possible, which would be best to take the money out or to take a loan against it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I have filed chapter 13 bankruptcy because my house is in foreclosure. This was a desperate measure but after recalculating my bills I really don't think I can afford to keep the house. I have not meet with the trustee yet, but I am thinking about converting it to a chapter 7 to get a fresh start because I am up to my ears in debt anyhow (about $30,000 not including the house) My husband is unemployed right now and we have 3 kids. So keeping the house would really push my budget to the limit for I don't make much money. I am not familar with how chapter 7 works? Will it discharge the foreclosure? or will I still have to pay for the house? Also, I have a car and so does my husband, his car is paid for mine is not (I am current on the payments) so how does this work in filing chapter 7? I live in the state of Texas if that helps.

The organization that handles the 401K at my prior employer is the same as my new employer. I withdrew from my 401K back in April for no reason, I didn't need the money. Now I'd like to put it back (and get the taxes I paid back). Is that possible? Please don't answer unless you have some qualifications on this topic. Thanks.
