E-mail them and ask if you can place the order online and mail a check or money order to them. Most are more than willing to do that, especially with the amount of identity theft that occurs with online ordering. You don't have to tell them you don't have a cc, just tell them you don't feel comfortable giving personal info over the net. If they want the sale, they'll accept other forms of payment.

Find a check cashing store and get a prepaid debit card. That way you can't spend more than you have and you have the option of getting alerts whenever there is a transaction. Try www.netspend.com

What about a debit card? Banks, and credit unions have them, and they are tied to your checking account.

If you have a checking account then you can open a pay pal account and pay that way!
