you can send it, but i think he will have to set up an accont to withdraw it from, but that only takes five minutes or so, soo it isn't too big of a deal. It will send an email to them encouraging them to set one up

I don't know. If you both have bank accounts, you can do an electronic funds transfer from your account to the other person's account. You'd need to be set up for online banking and have the info for the other person's bank account.

You can transfer it to their bank accnt i think. then they can just withdraw it from their bank
