I share a drive way with my neighbors. The drive is an easement between our properties with a slab at the back. There is one way in and one way out. I've been polite and asked them not to block it, even left notes. They basically tell me to F-off. I've called the police, code enforcement, HUD (they rent thru), Legal Aid, and the Building Department and they all told me that I am out of luck and there is nothing legally that they can do. They told me that I can take it to court but I have no money (stay at home mother). There is no reasoning with my neighbors, they are down right rude. I've tried to talk with them and they chose to pick a fight instead. When we can park back there they still block us in and several times refused to move their car until I called the police. The police won't come out anymore, it's a "civil" issue and therefore I have to go to civil court. I'm looking for a legal rep to help me sorta out my delimna, any help is appreciated!

I've never really thought of it because I've always lived in the state I worked in. I know someone looking to move to Portland,OR (where they have a huge income tax but no sales tax). Vancouver, WA is only a 15 minute drive away, so she's thinking of moving there (where there is no income tax and a huge sales tax). Will she pay income tax to Oregon because she'll work there or will she be spared because she'll live in Washington?

I am looking for information on a christmas loan for people with bad credit and no checking account. My credit was ruined when i had a bad car accident at the beginning of the year. I am unable to work and have been waiting on social security for almost 6 months. I have 2 children that both want a psp for christmas. They said that they would be happy with just that, but i cant even find the money to get that! Any help about where to get a fast loan would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering what the requirements are. Is there a bunch of paperwork I need to fill out? Is there anything I need to do to the house? If someone could help me out that would be great, thank you.

Hello,

I have recently had my bank account confirmed with PayPal. In the past, i have paid my eBay selling fees with PayPal, but instead of taking it from my money in my PayPal account, it let me withdraw the money direct from my bank account. Can this be done with any item bought on eBay, because it is a lot more convienient for me.

Tom.

I've asked everyone I know, including the person who does payroll at work, and no one can tell me. I live in Tennessee, but work in Kentucky. Which state do I file taxes in? To make things more complicated, we've only lived here for a few months. Due to my husband's military status, I'm still considered a legal resident of North Carolina. My voter registration, car registration, and drivers' license are all there. And just in case you need more to think about, Tennessee doesn't even HAVE a state income tax. How does that play into the whole situation?
Thanks for your answers!

My husband's status is "pending". I am the breadwinner of the household, so he owes no taxes, because he is unemployed. I would like to file for an ITIN number for him - for the sole purpose of being able to claim him as a dependent on my tax forms.

But...how do I do this?? Don't I need a number (SS, ITIN,) to 'claim' him? How do I do that if I am completing my taxes at the same time that I file my taxes? And were oon the 1040 would I do that, exactly??

Thanks Yahoo Answers!! You always rock!

I have okay credit but I have a few credit cards that are high and behind. I was going through a hard time.

I came into some money with my business.

If I pay off those debts today and I have the rent, deposit, will my credit hold me back?

I know it takes a while for credit scores to rise and debts to be taken off credit reports.

Will I be able to rent the apartment? I have no criminal history, repos, or evictions.

Your experiences or opinions please. :)

I know it's bad. I gave him ONLY my credit card number and name of the bank. That's it.

He did transfer to my Credit Card account 3,760. Now my balance is (-3,760)

WaMu MasterCard® credit card
Description: Payment Recvd Thank You Arlington Tx
Transaction Date: 12/11/07
Posting Date: 12/11/07
Amount: $(3,760.00)
Reference Number: 60000000000043000003600

I didn't use this credit card, yet.

Please explain to me WHAT'S THAT? Is it SCAM and FRAUD? What do I need to do?
