Moonlighting is when you have a full time job, but take on a second job after your normal work hours.
I don't know if that's what you are looking for or not. I've never heard anyone called a "moonlighter", only that they are moonlighting.

A moonlighter is someone who takes a job during the off hours of his actual profession.
Example, if you're an accountant by day, but to make extra money, you do security work for a department store at night, then you are "moonlighting" at the department store. It got the description because usually the extra job is a night position and not related your professional field of employment.
