The reason I am asking is because I just sent a Thank You note to one of the managers I had an interview with earlier.

I still need to meet with one other person before they make a decision.

In my letter, I stated 'I look forward to proceeding with the hiring process'. I already sent it via email! I am thinking I should have said 'interview process'. Is there a difference?

If I am a hardworking, dependable person who was been with an office for over a year and I call in sick once, can I technically get fired for that. Where can I find out more about this issue?

I was helping my bf financing a car since he has no credit, but now he is planning to stop the car monthly payment because even he sell the car now, he still own the bank for 6k. So he is planning to let the bank tow away the car instead. What should I do? I don’t want it to hurt my APR.

My father has a 50 year old house, market value at 250k. His homeowners insurance policy is 7k a year which I think is ridiculous.

I've done some research and am finding that there are only two companies that will insure a 1950's house: Citizens and Royal Palm. Is this correct? Are there any other insurance companies that will write a policy on a 50 year old house in Dade county???

I'm 800 miles away and think that my dad is really getting railroaded. Any suggestions....

Hi, i'm 18 years old and need a loan for 5k. I already have 9k in the account for the car but I do not have the other 5k for the vehicle I purchased. I recently quit my job and I'm in the process of applying but need a car first to get to the job. I tried the bank and co-signed with my mom but the loan was denied for some reason when my mom has perfect credit. What are some other places I can go to to get a loan besides my personal bank?? My fiance and I are planning on moving within the next couple of months. However, hes got a job where he works undocumented (off the books). How do I ask a potential landlord if they will accept a letter from his employer stating his weekly, biweekly, monthly pay? I work on the books but Im sure my income alone for a family of 3 is not sufficient enough to rent a 2 bedroom to me alone thats why I need him on the lease. Any suggestions?

I have a small policy so my sister and nephew do not get stuck with my burial expenses. I do not want my creditors to find out about it and suck it up dry. Should the beneficiaries cash it immediately upon my death, or wait a certain amount of time for my creditors to write my debt off?
